Choose the apartment, fill in and send the "Reservation" form. If the apartment you have selected is not available for the requested dates, we will recommend another apartment that is available for the same time period. If the recommended apartment meets with your approval, proceed to the following step.

We shall reply within 24 hours. If you do not hear from us, please send your request again (there might be a transmission problem).

To confirm and guarantee your reservation, we must receive a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the rental. You can either choose secured online payment or paid by bank wire transfer. We will send you a confirmation within 24 hours with all the necessary information.

The balance of the total rental cost must be paid one week before arrival.

Failure to remit the balance of the total cost of the rental will result in the cancellation of your reservation and loss of your deposit.

1. In case of unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to assign you a different apartment than the one reserved. You will be notified and the remaining rental fee will be refunded only if you are not satisfied with our efforts to obtain alternate accommodations for you.

2. cancellation penalty schedule:

• 30% of the total rental - 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• 50% of the total rental - 1 week prior to arrival.
• 100% of the total rental:
  • If you do not show up on the scheduled date.
  • *If you change your reservation less than 15 days before the scheduled date.
  • *If you leave the apartment before your scheduled date of departure.

*Unless we are able to rent the apartment for the same period.

The price includes:

• Customary household linen and cleaning service.
• Cost of water, electricity and residence taxes.
• Personal assistance and concierge service during your stay.
• Renters insurance, covering the apartment only.

The price does not include:

• Telephone calls.
• Insurance on personal items, jewelry, clothing, computers, etc.

The security deposit is required to cover any damages caused by any persons occupying the apartment.
The amount is to be determined according to the duration of the stay.
This security deposit will be returned within 7 days after your departure. In case of damage caused by any renter, which would requires estimation from professionals, your security deposit will be kept for a minimum of 15 days or until all repairs have been completed.

Upon arrival, you will be required to sign a seasonal furnished rental agreement, an inventory stock list, the receipt for the security deposit and receipt of the keys. Please note there is a charge of 10 euros for all arrivals after midnight.

The rental of the apartment is from noon on the day of arrival to 10:00 am on the day of departure.

A safety box is at your disposal in the apartment. We are not liable for any theft or loss of your valuables.
We strongly recommend that you take a personal liability insurance.
